I see Ogg Vorbis have a new playback codebase that implements ogg vorbis playback using on integers. It is called Tremor.
I'm thinking of trying to decode Ogg Vorbis in realtime in software on an AVR.
It was going to be mp3 but Frauhoffen has stuffed that up by patents
