I'm looking to build an Electronic Speed Controller to control RS540 motors (From RC cars)
What is the difference between the IRFP450 and the IRFZ48 ?
The price difference is hugh (IRFP450 is $5.19, IRFZ48, $0.86)
The motor IMO would draw around 30Amps normally but could peak upto 45-50. Now the IRFZ48 says it can handle that at 100 degrees C. Is there a catch at all?
