As seen from the title, I am interested in using programmable microcontrollers. Not BASIC stamp or the more high level ones, but ones that are perhaps less user friendly. I have no idea where to start though. I have a lot of programming experience, so if the microcontroller called for assembly programming I would be able to forge my way through, but I have no idea what products I need to write to a microcontroller, etc. So any suggestions?
