Did you try this Dingo? Has anyone else had any experience doing homemade plastic forming? We have a strip heater at work for bending plastic but i haven't tried vacuum forming. It would be a good way to create some cool looking shells/bodies for robots....

I haven't tried the vac forming but I did have a crack at the Silicon molding and then casting in plastic. It is only for small parts but it is amazing the detail that can be copied (ie fingerprints come out).
I have used vac forming in the past. I don't see why this method wouldn't work.

I also know that when that decision is made you want to be on the road to a training program as soon as possible. free online games.Just remember that choosing a Training program for yourself and the dog is as important as choosing. play war games.a college. free online war games.You will need to know a lot about. online games.the program and what you really need from a specific Guide Dog school.
