Free MIT lecture videos

It has been around for a few years but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

MIT (as in the American Uni) has all of its Electrical Engineering subject lectures available on the internet for viewing.

The only catch is that they are in Real Media format. As I have an aversion to spyware etc I suggest using the "real alternative" codec from here:

www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm

At the highest bitrate of 200K, each ~40 minute lecture is about 70Mb.

These instructions are not terribly user-friendly but if you follow them they do work (better than the alternative of ripping the stream)

They have other subjects other than EE as well.
